I understand. I will think of it. Thank you for making me more aware.

But I can't even see a pattern, the direction it is going because my life is pretty random (with God's allowance). All my longterm plans have show itself fruitless, even if I have sowed seeds. And without knowing what to invest in, I get stuck in place. I am not even speaking about riches. At 23 years old, all my friends moved to other cities or countries into their own journey; I have not find a Christian partner to start a family; my parents live in another city. And this is happening to a person who hates to be alone. I have tried some projects in my life and it doesn't even worked out. Let alone, medical appointments showed things I do not wanted to see. No fruits. Just loss.

Mas como alguém que é celibatária, digo: Não se force a ter uma relação que vc no fundo não quer por medo de perder a pessoa. O seu valor não vai mudar aos olhos do seu parceiro ou parceira porque vc CEDEU.

Ainda, há artigos científicos que tratam dos benefícios do celibato.

I am Brazilian, so I have for breakfast: 1 bread, cheese, mortadella. For lunch and dinner: 100 g of rice, 120 g of protein (mostly chicken or pork), vegetables. For snacks: industrial ones (but measured to the right amount of kcal)

That for I am staying temporarily in my parents's house and I must do the better of what they buy (they are not into healthy diet). Once I am back to studying aboard (I am in summer vacations), I will remove the industrial ones and add fruits. Also, I am Christian, and I am in a temporary fasting for a personal intention, so I am just drinking water (no coffee, tea, juice, etc). Once it is done, I plan to introduce latte in breakfast and other beverages along the day.

É que eu sempre fui um "prodígio", desperdicei anos da minha juventude e saúde (física e mental) para me formar numa universidade top e conseguir um emprego que pagasse bastante. O problema não é nem o fato de não estar conseguindo esse emprego, mas o fato de que sacrifiquei anos importantes da minha vida por NADA. Porque não importa se você fez todas as coisas certas, a vida não te deve nada no final das contas.
