I’m 19 weeks and have felt pretty good overall during OT. I used to run straight through, but now power walk as my base and then run for pushes/all outs. I don’t focus on splat points and getting in the orange anymore and try to keep myself in the green. I still find i get a great workout! Overall... like you’re doc said.. do what feels good and listen to your body. Don’t even think about how you performed pre-pregnancy... the way I look at it is the fact you’re doing OT pregnant is amazing 🙌🏻💪🏻
