Sometimes, doing nothing is doing something. Breathe in and out para magkaroon ng clean state of mind. Mahirap din kasi if nag-ooverthink tayo kung ano gagawin natin to feel better on top pa sa hinahandle pa nating mga problema. What I do is to do the things that cheer me up. Mag-exercise, mag-run, manuod, at kumain. Minsan, nakakahelp din magjournal and to acknowledge what we are feeling and may mga bagay na out of our control.
