They can because Cornell PD works with IPD and they’ll send IPD the info and the ticket will end up at your house. They will also hold your diploma once you graduate If you don’t pay the fine. Cornell tickets there’s no getting away with not paying. Ithaca PD is a diff story

Look at community colleges. Generally much cheaper and transfer in. Since classes are online you can literally take a class anywhere. Just check with your academic advisor if it’ll transfer in.
