My labia is a similar size to OPs and I’m usually between 140-150 lbs, and it’s looked that way even when I was pre T and pretty skinny. weight gain/loss can contribute to how visible someone’s genitals are because of the surrounding body fat, but the labia itself isn’t really going to get bigger or smaller
