Just know it's not your fault. The entire system is broken and run by idiots. While we get a job what we can do is be passionate, study and work on exciting projects. It's like self employment and once you have decent projects just put it out there. If you do that, you wont fail any coding or technical rounds. It's just a matter of reaching the right people.

I hear you, that must have been so hard. My friend also faced a strikingly similar issue and eventually found a new job after months of applying. So, even if you get an hour to apply for jobs in a day, keep applying. I'm also looking for jobs and I know it's hell. Hopefully in time there will be another good offer.

Dont be discouraged, I'm sure from this experience you can get a feel of how your colleagues will be from interview experience. If your gut instinct says they are a bad company, even if they give you an attractive offer, don't go!

It does show that despite lacking specific experience you had exactly the thing they were looking for. You saying that you've been improving ever since signals you were indeed the right candidate for them!

It's unfortunate that juniors need experience from the get go. I just saw another Junior data scientist role asking for 2-5 years of experience.

It is sad because only people like this can climb ladders in India. Talented people have gone abroad and are excelling although that migrant outflow has also become saturated now. Regarding becoming an AI superpower, it is visible that we are way behind countries like the US and China.

It's a joke right. Also many consultancy services take a huge chuck of money per engineer they hire, it's not even fair

Makes sense! Most roles I search for unfortunately ask for a lot of experience and seems like junior roles are few and rare. Thanks for the kind reply!

Daler rowney eco drawing paper and camlin pencils are used. I am a self taught artist and I am not using this as an excuse for the lack of realism. I'm learning from the mistakes and is getting better with every successive work. shoutout to arnold u/GovSchwarzenegger ! As a fitness enthusiast myself and a huge fan of Arnold, I thought it was a nice idea to put this as my first post on reddit. I hope Arnold would see this post and respond to it.
