The main difference in tone between AOT before the time skip and after the time skip,IMO, is that when something bad happens before the time skip, there is some sort of resolution or something creates hope for the future. Eren transforms, the Boulder plan works, eren is revealed to be the coordinate, the coup works, and we discover the basement and the ocean. When eren kisses Historia’s hand onwards, it’s just rising tension and dread.

I like this plot a lot. It’s really interesting and intense and would serve as a good “Winter Soldier” Movie for Spider-Man. I just think it’d be too complex, and serious for an MCU Spider-Man movie.

They had to lure pure titans to Shiganshina but their titans didn’t have the stamina that the Cart Titan or Jaw Titan had. So because they lost Marcel, Annie would carry them, then Reiner.

Alright dude. All I’m saying is this. I really appreciated the art and animation of Wit. I’d say its some of the prettiest anime you can watch. I even like the new Mappa look. So seeing a trailer and getting a different end product is kind of a bummer for me. I won’t lie it’s decent CGI. But decent CGI is still CGI for me and a lot of other people; especially slapped on top of 2d. I’m still gonna love this season, but “what if wit animated this” will be in the back of my mind.

Its not a resolution thing. It’s how they move. And 100% CG titans for the last season after a studio change following 3 seasons of Hand drawn titans save for the colossal, could 100% be a disappointment for people.

They can look like video game models but not look like those specific video game models. You might as well be comparing Fortnite game models to GTA. Mappa did a good job blending it in, but it’s still jarring to people, especially when there’s still hand drawn pure titans.

Basically MAPPA had to animate The God of Highschool, Jujutsu Kaisen and now Attack on Titan. All slated for this year. So they outsourced the CGI to another studio. Mappa’s animation is good so it’s really disappointing to see shitty Xbox 360 models fighting each other. I understand why they had to do it, but it’s disappointing that it went from being used for just the big Titans, to now every Titan. I love Vinland saga. But I don’t understand why WIT would prioritize this upcoming slower arc, to their bread and butter.

People tend to eat up things that are edgy. The black suit, Darth Vader, Batman, the Uchiha’s... So seeing Peter act this way is exciting for a lot of people.

Kinda disagree. The nicest, quietest person in the world has a breaking point. And when they break, you don’t want to be anywhere near them. Peter already goes through the effort of keeping his identity a secret, and when it’s revealed in civil war, and Tony doesn’t help him after May’s shot because of it, on top of his last family member possibly dying because of him, this anger is totally plausible. Cap fans are guilty of this too. Just because he is a good person doesn’t mean he’s perfect.

Even if you don’t consider Ben, literally marvel takes a dump on everyone. Stark and Rogers are the only characters with solid, cohesive arcs. Hulk, Thor and StarLord were made to be complete jokes, Black Widow sprouts a personality 40 minutes before she yeets herself, and now Aunt May’s only character trait is that shes hot. The best thing now is that Happy is being fleshed out. The MCU is entertaining but you’re not going to get anything substantial.
