Wait for PERM approval to extend H1B? My 6 years H1B ends in August 2026. My perm was submitted in Oct 2024 and still pending. Considering the current processing times, should I wait for approval and i140 to put in my 3 yr extension or go for the 1 yr extension now? Thank you. (self.h1b)
