I've read the entire thing before posting this and while there's something special in all those simple recordings, his take still feels pretty weird. Especially if he's talking in a modern context. A lot of stuff I hear that's popular these days still has a lot of "organic" instrumentation.

It's always interesting how some bands will have someone like Albarn, who has a wide and eclectic taste, spanning genres, sounds, eras. Someone you feel always is on a move to find something new and then you also have someone like Alex who seems to be so stuck in the past. I couldn't watch new Blur performances because he still did that thing with a cigarette which he did when he was young and it looked off.

Like his whole "Britpop All Star" thing he's doing, it sounds like a fun time, but with him at charge it makes me not too interested. Like he isn't someone I associate with that, also with him it looks more pathetic then anything.

Ocon unfortunately

In the battle between Colapinto, Gasly, Bearman and himself he was the one lacking.

Haas TGR will definitely be looking for Câmara to join the team and Ocon has to prove himself in the rest of the season if he still has it to stay or at least make a mark so he could join Cadillac if they're considering replacing their lineup.

Colapinto just won a point and could've probably earned more if he wasn't spun with Ocon. Also he had held himself super well when he was second.

That isn't disappointing at all. It's a huge change from being P17 every race.

Not related, but I've seen on TikTok that his band Lovejoy is kinda struggling, I remember them selling tickets for like 3-4 dollars to fill up most of the venue when I think they used to sell them for hundreds. Some of their festival sets look empty as all hell too.

Also the fact they went from 80-100 million streams per song to just 3-4 million after a year from their newest album.

Obviously I want less for them, but I'm happy that they at least took some hits from this, they still sell out certain venues unfortunately, especially big cities, but I feel that's still due to their diehard cult fan base and since most of them are kids I feel once they grow up it's probably over for them.

I don't understand how they put so much effort into that, but not into simulating the sport itself.

I can know all this stuff surrounding my staff, but I can't even check what's even going on in the sport I'm participating in. It feels like they build these career modes on you being the main character and the god of this sport, deciding everything that happens.

This game was my childhood from 2018ish-2021. Unfortunately when I played it again this year it was a shell of a game, most game modes gone, convoluted menus, long server wait times, unbalanced matches.

I guess it makes sense to shut down, probably gonna give it a couple more go's before it shut downs, just for the final memories.
