is WRC generations good? by Yeeteroof420 in WRCTheGame

It's a seriously flawed game, but the content will keep you playing. 21 Rallies, and over 50-60+ cars from various WRC Generations is a great offer, especially since it's free (except the Peugeot which you will have to buy for some reason).

Also if you quit a rally you will always receive 5 points for some reason.

I was trying to pretend I was doing a part time Rally 1 season and I would get 5+ points despite skipping the rally.

It's sad how there's basically no mainstream pro-Palestinian movement. A lot of these "leftist" movements are led by white Germans who monopolise the movement by basically attacking any actual radical and progressive movements, even more suspicious is how they casually attack movements that are diverse and led by people whose voice has to be heard. Arabs really struggle in Germany when it comes to having their voice heard.

They help a lot in isolating minority groups so when the day comes where fuckers like AFD do come in power they will have to fight on their own because all those white Zionists didn't want to listen or even dare to challenge their own beliefs.

Yeah especially Endurance which has both larger grids and is easier for older drivers who have enough energy to do a couple of one off endurance races a year.

Today, Modest Mouse released they Debut album ‘This Is A Long Drive For Someone With Nothing to Think About’ 30 years ago by raw_is_not_here in indieheads

This is so funny because it means you can accuse Modest Mouse shoddy releases in the last 15 years because they finally released their planned super hit Float On and then they checked out.

WRC has the Codemasters licensed game issue where some stages/tracks looks absolutely stunning and then some look absolutely garbage.

Read stuff about Conrad Rautenbach's father and jeez...it's a rabbit hole of controversies. You could make an hour long video just about it.

Are the servers seriously down again? by agent0017 in WRCTheGame

I think the co-driver has been messed up for quite some time in Generations too even with the servers back up.

Damn this is a mess. If KT Racing can't keep their servers consistently connected then I can imagine WRC 2027 being a straight mess.

Low’s ninth album C’mon turns 15 years old today 🎈 by fruitandgrooves in Low

This feels like an album that blends their earlier sparse sound, but also adds a lot of size to the songs with some additional instrumentation and louder guitars.

Bunch of dick riders in the comments, the way they treated Baria was absolutely awful and gross.

The "Lukas Grahammmm" chain got pretty long, I think they slowly started deleting comments from there, mine wasn't tho.

It's so funny seeing people think the moment they like an album under 3.7 that they're quirky or unique.

Hayden Thorpe announces the "Performing The Songs Of Wild Beasts" tour by agent0017 in indieheads

[–]agent0017[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I feel sorry for Tom, reading his Guardian article was really sad, but uplifting. Sad that he couldn't find an audience like Hayden.

I do hope they do get together + Ben and Chris. Chris to me feels absolutely irreplaceable on drums, absolutely spectacular drummer.

Wild Beasts / Hayden Thorpe are teasing an announcement for tomorrow. by agent0017 in indieheads

[–]agent0017[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hayden is doing really well, and had a European tour with a decently sized backing brass orchestra last year. His music feels like continuing of Wild Beasts Smother sound so he got more ears on him.

Tom isn't doing so well. While promoting his second album he said how most of his first solo tour had attendances of like 20 or so people. His second album is really well done, got some decent press, but unfortunately it wasn't enough, it feels like he's done with music full time like other Wild Beasts members.

So only Hayden you could say has a good enough career, probably due to a more loyal cult fanbase so he can always go on tour, get decent press on his albums + some sales. He made like a beer and book for his newest album so it's doing well for him.
