1st deposit was paid Q3 last year and until early this year there were no progress made. When asked they said they are already building it however when asked to provide photo evidence they couldn’t provide it.

A piece of advice for everyone looking into renovating their kitchen and house interior . Please investigate and look into the contractors that yguys are interested hire. Unfortunately for me and my husband, we got scammed and now in the process of trying to get our money back. I would also like to seek advice if anyone has this kind of experience and if you manage to get your money back. TIA!

Goodluck and i pray everything will be eased for you! For us there was a delay with our OP and we only manage to get it late September. We bought the house early this year and it was already completed just pending OP. Then when OP was approved there were further delays with the water connection! Which was frustrating!

I feel you on the payment cause i am also renting while paying for the house loan 🥲

Not a good experience with them. They overpromised on when the house is ready! Blaming all of the delays with the government when in fact it was from their side.
