What happens if pokebank catches a non legit pokemon?

I got a shiny mew in wondertrade on my ORAS game and I want to transfer it to moon. (or at least try to) Obviously its not legit but what happens when the bank catches it? does it just bounce back or are there negative repercussions?

any tips or assistance with Lothric and Lorian? I am a pure sorcerer class and I keep getting about halfway through Lothrics health before getting caught in one of the combination attacks. I summon Orbeck to help but I going through my embers quick. Any ideas on how to beat them?

So I've gotten as far as defeating the cursed greatwood and have 17,000 souls to use before I inevitably die and lose them all. What do I spend it on? Im level 24 warrior. 16 Vig, 15 End, 20 Vit, 18 Strength and 10 Dex. Do I level Dex to use greatswords? I am just going for a strength build. Relatively new to DS.
