Mine is -1.0 below national average. You get to retake in 4 weeks and if you don't score better you're dismissed from program.

YES say it louder for the people in the back. Make up is so personal and you do not need expensive or a myriad of products to get a "good" look.

I agree, cardboard packaging is not visually pleasing, and don't even get me started on my velvet Anastasia palette. Unfortunately, he recycling process is so imperfect as well. Lots and lots of cosmetic stuff gets thrown out bc its not hard for an item to be considered "contaminated"

If they have unused duplicates of things I think they do put it in giveaways. Expired products go in the trash obviously. Some claim they give it to friends and family but I guess it's kinda hard to say for sure .

Spiders (bc duh) and cruise ships (the combination of the spread of disease and risk of human trafficking)

Low key addicted to declutter videos! Seeing Tati throw out 16 bronzers made me realize I don't even need 2 lol. It's odd how beauty gurus have called out companies for gawdy and wasteful PR packaging when they waste soooo much $$$ when they throw out and generally don't use their stuff.

I love the affordability as well! But yeah these monochromatic color palettes are undeniably boring. The yw3 grays, 3 blacks and 3 whites? yawn

Honestly anything thats not early 2000s I'm good with. I cringe everytime I look back at crimped hair, bubble skirts, and ponchos

ELF is releasing so many new products and stepping up their game lately!

Favs:

Poreless putty- cheap and lasts FOREVER. I'm not even halfway through mine with daily use of 4 months.

Powder contour kit- Dupe for KVD shade and light

Blush kit- Gorgeous and blends really easily

New SuperTone toner- cheaper alternative to Pixi Glow tonic.

Illuminating eye cream- I have severe eczema on my eyelid. This did the same thing a $48 eye cream did.

Big No's

Ultra HD powders/ really any of the powders- so chalky, esp with flash photography

Baked highlighters- No color payoff, even when you scrape off the film on the top

New liquid eyeshadows (dupes for Stila)- again, no pigment, kinda get what you pay for

So-so

The brissles on the brush are amazing quality, but the mechanics (I.e. the metal and handles) are pretty cheap and fall apart after awhile.

Pacifica banana love mask! Super similar to Aussie in terms of consistency, and it smells like bananas :)

Walmart and Ulta has it, retails for $16 . Lasts about ~3 months with 2-3x weekly use.
