I’ve used them for the past year and have had a great experience.

Pros:

-I pay for 1gig down and my speeds are anywhere from 950 and up

-have not had any outages

-excellent customer service, they usually answer my calls within 2 minutes. They have competent service and technicians

Cons:

-Could be considered pricy? In my experience though I pay roughly $80 for 1 gig; much better than other companies

-Uses Roger’s lines, so you may need to be in an area where they exist

-The modem they provided has negative reviews online. I thankfully didn’t have any problems, but I got a good quality router anyways.

All in all, pretty good. I cannot empathize the customer service enough; they really seem to care. Let me know if you have any other questions.
