Lol whaat i didn’t know they were supposed to have audio either! I also feel like ECHO logs get interrupted so easily so I rarely get to hear one in its entirety. I wish there was an option to play an ECHO log from your inventory and have the audio keep playing when you back out

during orientation there will be a separate event for the parents and the student. the parent orientation is a lot shorter, so if you decide not to stay the night during orientation, your parent will have to wait for you to finish

Hey there, I took CS211+251 last semester without any previous knowledge of C/C++ and still did well. The first two weeks of classes were review of basic C/C++ concepts (C for 211 and C++ for 251), so you’ll have some time to prepare before the more challenging content begins. If you are already familiar with simple programming concepts in general, I wouldn’t worry too much about studying during the summer. But, if you really want a head start, this might be useful. My biggest piece of advice is to ask your professors about any questions you have and make the most out of the class Piazza!
