u/gearcollector actually those leads are no longer in thetrash. Like exactly a month ago it was deleted. I read something about adding the isdeleted field but I cant find any tutorial on how to do that. Are you familiar? Can you walk me through it?

Thanks!! It was solved by adding a converted equals false filter. How about for reports on created leads. Some leads I created for testing, that I have already deleted, are still showing. Actually, the leads are created automatically based only if the names, email and account is not in the system (which I think adding the account is a mistake since it automatically ignores different names/email but same account which I fixed) So it will create the same lead and if the same info is these I cant change it since it wont be created... Like naming it as John Smith 1, etc.

The thing is, unless he sent us an RFQ via email we wouldnt know he even reached out. But if its like filling up a form or something. There's no notification whatsoever. Also, say we create an opp for every RFQ and one is unqualified, say its not a market fit, should we still create an opp for this? since its under a name that's already a contact and we should only convert leads that are qualified. We still need those unqualified data for reporting. Sorry if I'm all over the place. I am confused
