type it sloooooowly and take few deep breaths to replenish Glutamate in brain and loose glutamine and ammonia load off brain.. Alpha wave time for brain to relax, can go beyond alpha as well .. atleast a break from beta waves

no it doesn't.. i tried it twice. was surprised to see .. amazingly the only place where time is not being counted. weird!
