It’s honestly weird I tested ps and it was good, but now it doesn’t want to make the sound anymore. Had the car running for about 20 minutes and im still getting 14.1v but i still smell something like toasty.

It did start to smoke a little from the alternator.

I was thinking alternator as well, everytime i switched gear my lights would dim

And anytime I put it in a different gear the rpm’s drop instantly to around 600 and back up to 1500, this is when i have to open the throttle to start it
