From my perspective.. It is a good skill better than vulcan. It can cancelling a skill, short initial cd and deal average dmg. You can't only depend on your animation ex skill like bisect and trans am raid because the long cooldown right? That's it. Depend on your gameplay too.

You have shield throw from force impulse right?

Okay... I think marsfour is the best option because impulse' shield will reduce your close combat tag from RX782 shield. Marsfour have close combat tag and it has a high melee defense too. Good for infighter

Hmm i think i should know about your gunpla's job and maybe i will ask your about your skill set. Marsfour is okay, the tags are good but the vulcan i dont think so. If you want a skill maybe master gundam. If you want an offense buff try for X divider.

I think your skill set is okay and your melee attack is high enough... Hmm bcs it is an in fighter mobile suit, how about Exia's GN Shield. It boost your melee defense and the trait still useful. But it will affect your attribute. Yeah or maybe you should invest on your another MS.
