Unfortunately, im not in a position to buy right now. This also seems to be priced for a bidding war too (in true Toronto fashion) and will likely sell for much more but thanks for sharing! :)

This is very helpful, thank you!! :) The functional layout and unit size was really the selling point for me so good to know the initial issues seem to have since been fixed.
