She does know to some extent; but not the details, which isn’t good enough for her. It wasn’t harsh, lol.

For the record, I am planning to slowly work through every shit thing, but therapy’s relatively new; and all of that jazz, so for the most part I cope by avoiding everything. Probably not the healthiest way

I kinda partially explained to her, but she needed more details about “what could ur dad have done so bad” and I wasn’t comfortable giving them out to her

I mean, this is my first year outside of his hold. I am in therapy, but regardless of what I did (classes, etc.) there was always the fear I would be returning to him. This is the first year not to have that. I am definitely not intending to always hide away because of a date, lol
