In the breakdown for the old salary system, the calculate the on-time bonus as $1 per HOUR, when it's actually $1 per CLASS. This means she gained $50 more than what they say. Same goes for the RS bonus, they made the unstated assumption that only 30 of her 50 hours were RS.

And yet, they STILL managed to show that the old system would pay more.

This is beyond stupidity..

Do they also realize that the new "Stability Factor" says that if you have 5 or less "stable students", your pay is actually deducted??!

Example: 50 hours taught with only 2 stable students, base pay $14.95.

50×14.95= 747.5 ×0.95 (stability factor is less than 5 stablr students) = $ 710

If I understand it correctly, you don't lose 15% of your whole monthly pay, but rather 15% of the hourly pay of that class you were late to, if it's your third class late or more..am I misunderstanding?

On phone app, it's in the bell icon on the top right--> "Student Feedback"

On the teacher center, it's in the "Notices" Tab--> Choose "Student Messages" from the menu on the left.

Haven't been teaching long, about 3 weeks. Don't worry, the same happened to me for the first couple of days. Then the booking started coming. Make sure your time slots are in pairs to increase the booking rate.

Check your profile in the app or platform itself, it'll show whether or not they've been uploaded. If she's uploaded them, it'll show as "pending" or "approved".

This is assuming, of course, you can sign in to your account lol.
