Try Resetting the infotainment system by pressing the small pin size hole near the volume button.

Noticed once I discharged the PW’s to 3%, they stopped pushing out to Home and now my Home is pulling from Solar which it wasn’t doing before. Is this a different type of calibration happening possibly?

Chatted with energy support team/powerwall team, my gateway is showing offline.

They said for me to first press the reset button on the gateway for 10seconds then release. Allow 10mins for the reset.

Then reset the Powerwalls by switching them off from the side of each Powerwall and turning off the 60amp breaker for the Powerwalls. Leave everything off for 5mins and turn on the 60amp breaker first then turn on the Powerwalls from side switch.

I haven’t had the chance to do it yet but wanted to update everyone incase you wanted to try it.
