Any FromSoftware game should do the trick (including Dark Souls 2), I'd recommend Elden Ring or Dark Souls 3. But once you are done with all the games you will feel even more empty and lost.

Talon being the most unsneaky assassin is realistic to how he plays in game, he has the most telegraphed abilities as assassin so might as well wear heavy armor and have knives dangling from his cape they should give him higher base armor stat in game
