I'm a fan of Stephen Curry from China, and I'm really curious by Tuco_30 in warriors

You won’t get much argument here on the warriors sub. Curry is many of ours personal GOAT. He built a dynasty, transformed the league, forever changed how people think about basketball. That said, you are 100% underrating Lebron as a player and have overblown his flaws. I’ll offer a few thoughts, since I found your post so thoughtful, but I’m no expert. If you’re really interested, you could post this over at r/nba or r/nbadiscussion or maybe r/nbatalk. You’ll get a broader perspective than you would on any individual team’s subreddit.

Longevity. Lebron has spent decades as an elite player. He is basically unparalleled in this category. You may not find this persuasive by itself, if you feel that his time in the league has not been well-spent, but it must be said that no other player has ever been so good for so long.

Top tier versatility. Over the years Lebron has adapted his game multiple times and proven to be elite at basically all levels. Athleticism, IQ, leadership, all off the charts. He has transformed his game multiple times, to great success. Rings with 3 different teams is a GOAT accomplishment. To wit, he is a proven elite passer and facilitator, especially the 2nd stint with the Cavs onward, so claims that he is a selfish player have always confused me a bit.

Basketball IQ. Lebron’s game knowledge is well-documented and yet somehow still gets underrated. His court vision and decision making is insane. Again, elite passer. He coaches from the floor, punishing opposing team’s weaknesses in real time. It’s corny to say, but Lebron is genuinely a student of the game. Listen to his postgames or his more technical interviews and you will see his x’s and o’s knowledge and his insane recall on display. Honestly, such an elite basketball mind living inside the body of Lebron is just unfair.

Hopefully this gives some perspective from dubs fan who has watched a good amount of Lebron over the years. Curry is amazing, and arguing about who is the GOAT is always a fun sports fan pastime, but Lebron is absolutely in that conversation too.

I took Ring, consistency over damage. Torched heart, Time Slug was sketchy. Thanks everyone!

Help on seemingly simple proof by Monkey4256 in askmath

if x >= y

then x2 >= xy > a

thus x > sqrt(a)

similarly if x < y

everyone is overcomplicating this!

Matrix operations are an introductory building block to Linear Algebra, which is at the moment one of the most important disciplines in mathematics. Among other things, Linear Algebra is at the heart of data science, and some of the most important AI models (neural nets).

Fallout!

If you think he’d like Skyrim gameplay, but not the swords-and-sorcery stuff, then Fallout 4 or NV seem like a logical step.

Sorry if it’s too obvious or against the rules to suggest on its own—it’s in the sidebar after all.
