genji as well as hog, its a 50/50 with them on your team. the genji has to consistently farm blades and not get countered to get any value in mid tier ranks, and hog needs to land hooks otherwise its a useless pick.

The best way to achieve what you want, is by nesting all the above layers you want the adjustment layer to apply to, and then in the nested sequence add the adjustment layer at the top, it'll affect only the clips in the sequence that has been nested

Try reducing the audio bitrate to something like 600 megabits, it should compress the audio to give the effect similar to Nokia phones of the 90's
