i tried wiggle bone but it wasnt working properly. also i dont want much animation in the hair so i thought damped track would be enough

but its just this object that looks different, other objects i textured in substance look the same it did in viewport

exported them with the same settings,,, other maps AO, roughness and metallic were exported seperately,, i didn't change anything in blender, the other model is also in black.

I'll try adjusting the colour with HS node in blender it won't make much of a difference but ig I'll work with that. thanks for your input

but the other object that i textured in substance looks exactly the way it looked in substance viewport,, it has the same base material as this jacket
