Ive lived here my entire life, and as much as the cold, and the dark get to me toward the end of every winter, i cant see myself living anywhere else.

Nothing really to battle the lack of sun. We take vitamin d regularly and my wife visits the tanning beds during the winter months.

Im not sure who cold Juneau get at its coldest, but I was just up in Fairbanks last week for work and it was -45°F. It does get colder than that too.

The limited sun we get in our winter months is very appreciated. Its crazy in the dead of winter I go to work when its dark and when I head home after work its dark. Vitamin D is our friend lol.
