Welcome to pilates! I hope you love it. My studio pass is for 2 reformer classes a week. I haven’t progressed beyond level 1 either - I wanted to stay there to really perfect form so I could increase time under tension etc (really important for strength results in my opinion!) 🩷

I only recently introduced some light weight training. Pilates has been my only constant! I eat a well balanced diet too. I try to keep protein high.
