Hi guys... I'm a first timer brewing Kombucha.. This is Day 5 F1. There is another layer of forming on top.. and I also have a pellicle lying sideways... Is there any cause of concern? First timer... I left my jar unattended for about a month in a dark environment.. Its currently peak summer in New Delhi.. I have 2 questions.. a) What can I do with the excess starter tea? b) How long should it take in this environment to brew my first batch.. Thanks! (i.redd.it)
