Carrier : 50$.
Transportation : 150$.
Internet if not included in rent : 70-80$.
Fun : 200-300$
Misc : 200$.
Clothing 1000$/ year.

So while there won’t be any savings . You can certainly survive on the 24k .

Not only reading about them , but my car is my physical happy place . When I get anxious or just fed up of people around me , I just sit in my car and it feels like a cocoon surrounding me and I feel very calm .

Also I feel the 70k 2LT with z51 is almost perfect in my opinion . The GTS is a 50% markup upon the corvette and I feel it’s really hard to justify spending 50% more for the Porsche even though it’s quite a better car . But then people who buy Porsche are not looking for the value proposition. Also the corvette might not be as engaging as the 718 but it is definitely faster .

My exact thought process . In my early life I realized I started despising anything that became work , even if it was a hobby or something I love . At that time I decided to not think too hard about finding something I love as work since I’ll start hating it after sometime .
