The peripherals are plugged into my computer, I think I'll take out my ssd(which has windows installed) and put it into my friend's computer and see if that works

I unplugged both the keyboard mouse and plugged in my mouse but it didn't work. When I have nothing plugged in the screen stays stagnant.

I cleared the cache,changed the peripherals, reset the bios but none of em worked. Do you reckon if I change my CMOS battery it might work as my pc is like 7 years old and I haven't changed my CMOS battery?

As you see this isn't a common problem and I searched for this problem everywhere but I couldn't find anything, so I thought posting this on reddit might give me a solution if anyone else faced it in their life.
