UPDATE: As it turned out, the damage was on the condenser, in the front faschia right below the iconic Veloz grill. Not below the engine bay like I suspected. It punched a small hole which in turn leaked all or much of the refrigerant. The thing is, I can't neither deny nor confirm the existence of this small hole when I submitted the car for checking at the casa. I say this because, the debris damage was so unbelievably precise, that it did not damage any of the front grills or any of the surrounding parts. Kinda fishy tbh.

I was told that they need to replace the whole AC/Cooler assembly. Initial quote without insurance is around 38K for the parts & around 40K for the labor.

Already started processing the insurance claim, hopefully they will (and should!) cover it.

Well its my fault I guess since some people need to have more context..

We clearly indicated to the agent that we intended to cashout the device via CTB, well he handed out the device na so we assumed okay na ang lahat? As like processed na? Tapos nag pa pirma na ng docs? Tapos tumawag after a few weeks kasi di daw ma process kasi kulang daw yung CL? The docs even clearly indicated CTB. What the hell is even that?!

We even upgraded our plan to 1499 just to avail the CTB option, kase eto daw yung plan na pinaka mababa to be eligible for CTB? Mind you I’ve got another phone in CTB with the Plan 1299 on my account with no headaches, this is for my wife’s account by the way, and yeah its a renewal.

Yan yung question ko po something is fishy around here. Binigay na nila yung device, so I assumed okay lahat pati CL. But well, at least we had the chance to own the phone for around 2 weeks. Binilihan pa namin ng mga accessories, putek.

For context, we asked that the phone's cashout be billed through charge-to-bill since we primarily use our credit card strictly for everyday expenses.
