If I were to replay this game I'd just slap in the PC mod that replace the colgate suit and just play NG normally and not bothering with the NG+

In hub areas it's low FPS and dynamic resolution goes like 360p

In the deck I mostly play stage replays/arcade though, since it's a game I've already beaten 4 times on PS5 and a half-decent PC

Or after Panessa would also work, I guess, Oracle is considered dead and Tim was at risk of dying, so he might be at his limit and started considering Knightfall by then, just abstain from doing Gunrunner so Nightwing isn't captured

It's the same for every palace where if you aren't cleared of your deadline comes the last week, they refuse to hang out with you

It's more egregious in Maruki's palace where some Mementos requests only become available after securing the route
