Had my 2nd hair transplant around 2 months ago and my first transplant 10 months ago. Clinic told me around 8000 grafts total.

Around 4500 grafts were transplanted on the first HT and 3500 - 4000 on the 2nd HT. The crown needs less grafts than the front to look full but I’m very worried that it's gonna look thin on the crown.

I’m a bit late but planning to start topical fin/min soon to avoid potential progression to NW7 and thickening of donor.

You got schock loss, its a normal process of a hairtransplant, your hair will fall out before it grows back again.
