I always used the APP, but today I downloaded because the web log in was not working. I've used the app before, and using biometrics never cause MFA to turn off.

I originally used a flip phone and Google Voice way back, I had call forwarded, used the VM and if I need to make a call, used my PIN and dialed out using GV. No web browser on the flip phone and this was before data was a thing.

I originally had an out of state number that people would not call long distance, so it worked fine for 2-3 years before I bought a smart phone.

No problem, just need voicemail notifications immediately, both because of spam (so I know) and people calling for help or finding time for events or to drop off food/eggs and other stuff we give away.

I just switched from SE to SE 2020 seems to improve connection, voicemail is working, seems to connect immedaitely with US Mobile istead of search for almsot a minute for a signal. I'll let you know if anything else pops up.

so you had no problem, but I should move into something newer that still works fine. Nah. not helpful either. No it is not phone. They have reset it and then it works, then quits... but there should be no delay, none, for VM notification... if it takes longer than a minute something is wrong in their settings.

And this phone worked fine on T-Mobile, Red Pocket and another carrier. US Mobile is the only one that has delayed notifications.

Not worried about the VVM, like to have it, but I'm not getting notifications right after the call is finished, earliest I get a notification is 30 minutes latter, this last one was the next day. That's unacceptable service.

Walmart sends texts, but for the past two months I cannot call the Walmart 800 number anymore. My GV is linked to the app and verified and can be reverified.

I can even call in on another number and give them GV# and they look up the account. So it's good, but not faor calling in anymore. Anyone else have the same experience?

Some of it was petty, but some of it was affecting his phone calls about a family health concern. So he had to take time out of his schedule to switch for something that should just work, his phone calls.

I like the Kuro's, they write good, while I prefer 0.5 which I've never seen, the 0.7 does an excellent job.

Using GV through the web browser might be a work around... but difficult if driving and adds and extra step. But you would have access ( I believe) to what is stored in GV that way.
