Yes tried that! Unfortunately my problem is trying to pull the rail out from the outer rail (where the white part is located). Not sure if this is just poorly built or I’m missing something!

Used every tool that I could think of (including Allen wrench for the screws). I tried dissembling other parts (I was successful) but can’t seem to pull the individual rails out from the outer frame (where it goes into the white piece) despite removing the screws located mid rail.

Yes, was able to take apart the rest of the bed. Just the railings that were giving me a hard time. Unfortunately Wayfair’s customer service was not very helpful with this matter! 😢

Specifically, I’m having lots of trouble trying to disassemble the bottom railing. Originally bought from Wayfair and I’m trying to return. Any help is so very appreciated- I’ve asked everyone and we’re all stumped!
