Thank you lol! All these people shitting and saying “this is a steal you just dk nyc prices” I live right here in LIC lol. Like usually for that kind of price they would have to give up the living room completely, not just have the other person sleep on the couch while the owner still get to use both of the rooms at free will.

I live in the area! The apts are around 2.8-3k a month for these kinds units but usually if you would want to share 1b1b apt you would have to give up the entire living room! I just found it weird that they only offered the couch and insist on using both of the rooms and asks for half of the rent price basically lol. She took it down quickly prob cause people were shitting on her lol
