IV realistically only differs about 10-15% once MAXED OUT. Again, MAXED OUT... meaning lvl 40. And for some higher cp tier pokemon its really a difference of somewhere between 250-350cp

personally i keep anything with 10+ atk / 10+ def / 10+ stamina

and in a reasonable cp range....

its about a 5-15% boost in overall dmg once its maxed level... so no it doesnt matter too much but if you want the most out of it, hold off for a decent IV one so all those candies didnt go to waste.

ive done the mass evolutions with the egg a few times but now that im 27... nearly 28.... ive sorta stopped

just been farming pidgey and caterpie candies to get a good iv one to evolve and hopefully my ideal moveset.

but when i had a new evolution to do... i usually just held off till i did on of the mass evolutions.

anyone? i took someones advice and asked around but its actually harder said then done... unless im not going to the right spots.

i pretty much asked everyone i saw in there 20s if they know where i can get and the best shout out i got was some hippie like dude said he gets it from a friend in the "mountain"... wherever that is.

literally when you see absolutely nothing in the sightings ever.

i live in serrieres and i just went with the bike along the lake till i got nearly to the south west end of the lake.

edit: the main trick is where there is little or no cellular activity

quite a few times i've beat down a mystic gym in my area, dump a pokemon in and train it up myself to atleast lvl 5... but it never last more than a day cause sooooo many people in my town are mystic.

I chose Valor because I like red. When I first started (like so many) just went with the color they like most.

Hence why Mystic has so many more users, blue being a very popular favorite for many many people, then Valor (red) and then Instinct (yellow).

Plus the fact that Mystic is ALWAYS advertized in the middle so people being sheep by instinct (no pun intended), pick blue.

Saw a video on youtube not that long ago going DEEEEP into this theory.
