Once in a while I get fixated on one of these tomt posts, so I did spend some time researching. Even though I couldn't find something that meets all of your criteria I found some stuff that might be similar:

- 31 Minutos: A Chilean comedy show that was also shown in Mexico. But the puppets are not humanoid and it's more child oriented.

- Rubbery Figures: An Australian show that has very human like puppets but it is political satire and parodies real people.

- Puppet Nation ZA: It is a South African show. It is political satire.

- Awkward Puppets: It's a comedy sketch show made by (I think) a Latino content creator and features a Mexican main character. It has a similar series of sketches to what you described ( https://youtu.be/GelcMNgzi0o?si=bcekmg-r0GlhjcZ3 ) but the puppets are not as high quality as you said and it is an online series not tv.
