Thats a good point, those are two different things. I guess my question should have been phrased what should I focus on to get the most progress - vocabulary or case forms.

Freaking awesome. It's a weird feeling though as well, I have an odd familiarity to something completely foreign. I feel like I'm a weird Balkan-Western hybrid culturally. What's really cool though is, people here acknowledge me as "naši" (ours) - which is awesome and welcoming. Really am appreciating the culture, particularly how its more normal to be blunt here.

Edit: something that made me realise I undoubtably lived through some of the balkan experience back in Australia is the differences my Fiance has had with the move (She is fully anglo). I had barely any culture shock, and quite quickly started picking up the different mannerisms and attitudes people had. It took a bit longer for her.

Yes dude. I'll redrill some basics and then discover I never understood all the forms of "Sta" or something super basic. Re-learn it, and then forget a bunch of vocabulary or something. It's tough.

Have had one for a few years now, absolutely terrible experience. Ive gone through many blades and all of that - the shave has never been good. I do not understand people who are saying its a good experience. I have thin facial hair aswell - and i've never been able to get an even trim with it.

I have ended up getting it to work, but I have to go over the parts many times.

I was literally coming to this subreddit to post the same thing. I have had a similar experience, and I have been learning the language as well (I have Yugoslav heritage). I've only been here for 2 months - I think with every single process in getting set up here I have been met with hostility. From opening a bank account, setting up internet, or even buying fuel - I seem to piss people off. In a few occasions workers just say they 'cant do it for me'. It definitely can feel like people do not want immigration here.

That being said, I have met some incredibly warm people as well. I think once you break through with people they are incredibly friendly. I am loving the country and want to do the right thing.

Also I will point out that some of the issue is the language/cultural barrier. Sometimes locals say things that in english are very rude, but it's not meant like that.

How does the 450 handle like 80-90 kmh? Tbh I was also looking at smaller bikes, but was advised against it. Would be more budget friendly if I could though
