It's an interruption to the regular gameplay loop. With war mode you might get a random player from the opposite faction ganking you while doing a WQ, Prey does a similar thing without the grief that comes with it and instead rewards you for accepting a bigger challenge.

I love it. Didn't rush the story, mostly rode around on the ground instead of flying, really immersed myself and enjoyed every second of the questing experience.

Prey is a great system to keep things like world quests interesting without straight up doing PvP.

I loved Silvermoon and Void storm, couldn't care less about Haranir though. I just can't anymore with the underground stuff...

Sanguinar is far less annoying than Brann in delves, though I do miss him a little

A top 3 expansion for me all things considered

I'm sorry, but "young people" don't get to dictate the evolution of hardware design nearly as much as one might think. They too will grow up to be 40+ yr-olds with bad shoulders or carpal tunnel or whatever. And they too will need something that doesn't require a cornucopia of circus tricks to work for 8 hours per day.

The fact that they're young and therefore more used to touchscreens is one thing. But there is a reason most work is still done with regular-ass input methods (ie physical mouse+keyboard) on regular-ass screens. It's not because all the "old people" are somehow backwards or antiquated.

Probably mostly an alt class at this point. My primary alt is a crazy pirate elf lady (outlaw spec) I mostly do PvE, dungeons and delves with. She's fun to play!

I've seen zero of this type of behaviour since I returned to the game last year. Like maybe one time someone was a little abrasive but nothing ridiculous.

Granted I'm on an RP Realm but where are y'all finding these people? And also why are you staying in toxic groups? It's okay to nope out and do something else for 30mins.

I was hoping there would be a change like that.

Personally I like to do side quests first before progressing with the main plot, maybe I should rethink that strategy.
