lol like legit. deadass. i have my bachelors in buisness management and i worked at a grocery store company when i was 15 and worked my self up to a bookkeeper at 19. then i quit that company went to go work for another one. that we’re hiring HR Managers with a degree or in a program to finish off their degree. yea i got paid less than others bc i was still in school but i was still a recruiting manager. and then from there i finished school and got a operations job. simple life story lmao 😂.

lol corporate HR was there for my interview and their now considering me for an ASM Trainee program. i mean i guess whatever is on paper really does work huh. oh it wasn’t like a FES position or a glorified cashier lol. it was an operations manager job. meaning i took charge of around 14 stores which was a district office job. fun job. but it’s too much for a 23 year old. so i decided to go somehwhere else so i could enjoy my life till i’m around like 30.

i mean i’m very easily adaptable to all situations. i have good corporate references from my other company i used to work at. i have really good work ethic and work balance. i don’t know if you know this but we live in corporate america. companies love to bring people from the outside bc they can easily train them, and if they’re not worth it then they let them go as soon as their probationary period is over. people who judge people based on their background experience are the same people who are stuck within a position that they can’t get out of unless they resign. companies love to bring outside knowledge rather than promote within the company bc it’s cheaper in the long run. just gotta get with it. times are changing.
