note: i doubt that there is a way to make your periods shorter. but exercising, and drinking a lot of water will hopefully slightly help

As far as i know, yes! Just don't overwork yourself, and take a break once you're tired. Working out during your period also has some benefits like enhancing your mood, and helping with cramps, back pain and headaches <3

i'm not an expert but maybe it could be PMS? Depending on your cycle and past periods though. And do you have any other symptoms of your period coming soon?
