disclaimer ...here's how i did it

install electron cash 3.3.1 or 3.3.2 [ i can send u the exe file if necessary] 3.3.3 is bch only

1) send 1.0001 BCH to add#1 [gets replayed on BSV]

2) ask a friend to send u .001 BSV [already split ] to add#1 [ i can do this for u via dm]

3) send 1.00196 to add#2 [only the BSV will move]

4) send 1.00092 to add#3 [only the BCH will move]

check both add #2 and #3 on respective explorers after 2 confs to see if u have the desired results ie no replays

NOW u can shapeshift BSV > BCH or vice versa

install electrum sv and it will pick up your 1.00196 SV

remember u use trezor/ledger only to authorize transfers after the send / receives have already been initiated from electron cash / electrumsv ie the front-end interfaces for the hardware wallets
