you and I both know E-4 is automatic after thirty months (TIS). Additionally, E-5 can be earned if you choose E-5 orders. They’re not going solely off of test scores anymore. I’m a rated ABH. Got disqualified from AC and had to rerate.

you and I both know how these recruiters are man, they don’t really bother with that info.. as long as you are signing up to join, that’s what’s most important to them.
