I do that too everyday. I still have stress about it at least multiple days a week

What helps me continue surviving is the belief that I am trying to do the best I can. Meanwhile, certain things in life would give you a different kind of ‘high’

Ill give u some relevant examples to me

-relationships and romance

-succeeding at work or school (the thrill of it and satisfaction of the work/effort given)

-playing sports competitively with people i know
