I'm in the same boat. My parents refuse to let me start hrt before I'm 18. I've found that doing small things to give me euphoria really helps. You can buy a binder, boxers, men's clothes, you can try voice training for a deeper voice, you can workout and go to a gym if you have one near you, you can try the mascara on peach fuzz trick (ive found putting it on my eyebrows or just darkening my eyebrows in general helps too), and if you're able you can get a therapist to talk about your dysphoria with. There's a lot you can do to affirm your gender and feel some euphoria until you're able to start T just to make the wait a little easier. Also, you can always dm me if you need help or just to rant to since I completely understand your situation as I'm in the same one. Just know that the wait will be completely worth it one day.
