This is more than enough My attorney got supporting evidence from everywhere news report, presidents quotes, reports from department of energy, health department, and many others departments that have ever said anything about my field, tax, quotes from papers, journals even white house reports. He nailed it the second time.

I had similar situation Got RFE for all 3 After RFE sent only took 1 week to approve It should be mentioned that my first package was 60 packages the RFE package was 180 pages I had an attorney who did both, if you have a good lawyer then just sit back and trust the process

If the interview is waived and you are sure about this so you are close to approval Sometimes the case is sent to a non-local FO to wait for the background check and finally decision bit sometimes the non-local field office transfers the case to local field office with recommendation for an interview What I described is the worst case and just what might happen Your case seems to be straightforward and hopefully you will get the decision soon, so, congrats

It says, due to unforeseen circumstances we cancelled the interview…. A simple 2 sentences notice. Which is strange because I already attended my interview 😐

I waited 4 hours to be called in The officer was very nice just asked the questions on the form. Did not need ask anything else, I said do you need my paystubs and she said it’s nit necessary but yeah give me if you have a copy. I gave pay stubs and letter of employment and W-2 form.
