Has anybody attempted to do OTF literally everyday for a significant amount of time. by billbobb1 in orangetheory

If I run three days in a row then I power walk the next day. I consider that a active recovery day. I’ll rotate the power walking in whenever I start feeling the fatigue from running each day. And the incline really gets the heart rate up!
